Tumbler Vibrating Screen Machine is a unique design, new type and high efficiency screening machine (sifting machine), which can achieve high efficiency, large capacity, high density and fine screening.
Its main character is that the machine imitates successfully manual screening movement of principle. Usually, it is 5-10 times than common other Vibrating Screen machine (such as Rotary Vibrating Screen) with Screening Accuracy, Screening Efficiency, Process Capacity and Life of Mesh Screen. It can be used to sieve all kinds of powdered raw material and grained raw material, especially, it can sieve knotty-screening raw material.
It owns mutual independent modularity unit, to adjust the Rotating Speed, Eccentricity and Radial Force etc. parameter according to Physical Properties of Raw Material and Screening Demand, to change the Sojourn Time of raw material on screen and Movement Tracking of raw material, to reach a better effect of screening.
a. Structure Principle:
Basic Rotary Motion is similar with the motion of Manual Screening. Eccentricity is adjustable between 25mm and 40mm; the speed of V type belt driving is also adjustable between 120rpm and 360rpm. The sojourn time is changeable by adjusting radial direction and chamfer angle of Tumbler Screen machine toward to drive shaft line, to establish level and throwing three-dimensional tumbling motion. The raw material will scatter evenly on the screen from center to outer fringe of screen; thereby the raw material will do rotary motion to spread out on or over screen, so the finest grained raw material will complete the whole screening process. The level and vertical accelerated speed will increase with grain’s motion, so the raw material approaching aperture of screen mesh will be separated successfully, the larger grain will be delivered to outlet port. At outlet port, there is a adjustable Guiding Device to control rate of flow, the whole screening process will repeat to do on each deck.
