Matters needing attention in the use of glucose powder three dimensional rotary vibrating screen:

1, before starting the three - dimensional rotary vibrating screen of the glucose powder, three flat steel transportation support frames should be unloaded.

2. Carefully check the firmness of parts such as vibrating motors, locking rings and shock absorbing springs.

3. Check the fastening parts of the vibrating screen. If it is found loose, it should be tightened in time.

4. Regularly check the connection and fastener of each component of the three-dimensional rotating vibration screen of glucose powder. If looseness is found, it should be tightened in time to avoid noise, damage to the parts caused by long-term vibration of the equipment, and even the occurrence of foreign bodies such as screws falling into the material.

5, glucose powder three - dimensional rotary vibrating screen vibrating motor should be operated counterclockwise; clockwise discharge;

6, ensure that the material is evenly entered into the rotary vibrating screen to ensure the accuracy and output of vibration screening.

7. When screening dry materials with three-dimensional rotating vibration screen of glucose powder, hoses or canvas sleeves should be connected at the inlet and outlet devices to prevent potential leakage or dust overflow.

8. Slurry screening and filtration usually choose single-layer double-outlet rotary vibrating screen, through the buffer to reduce pressure and speed to a stable screen center, slurry supply should be uniform and adjustable, so as not to affect the screening effect. The method of deceleration and step-down control for slurry volume is recommended to adopt the liquid level tank of overflow pipe through valve to buffer.

9. If abnormal sound occurs during the operation of the three-dimensional rotating vibrating screen for glucose powder, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and then start production after eliminating the problems.

10. After feeding, let the equipment continue to run for about 5 minutes, so that the screen and screen bottom materials are completely discharged clean, to avoid residual material moisture, affecting the next screening effect, or because of the replacement of materials, mesh lead to mixing problems;

11. After screening work, clean up the rotary vibrating screen.
